According to a Wall Street Journal poll issued last week, 52 percent of registered voters do not believe President Joe Biden will seek re-election in 2024, with only 29 percent expecting him to do so and 19 percent undecided.
According to the poll, which was conducted by Impact Research and Fabrizio, Lee & Associates, a majority of Democrats (41%) believe the president will run again.
However, 32% of Democratic respondents indicated they don’t think Biden will run, while 26% were undecided.
As of March 15, the average of polls on Biden’s approval rating was only 42.9 percent, with 52.3 percent disapproving of his performance, according to FiveThirtyEight.
